FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q - Are The Beoty products sold at any other retailers?
A - No.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.

Q - How often do you restock?
A - We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

Q - How many items can I buy in one purchase?
A - Orders are limited to three units of each product per person.

Q - I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
A - Out top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfilment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

Q - What does this mean for you?
A - Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

Q - What method is used for shipping?
A - All packages are shipped via USPS.

Q - Do you offer free shipping?
A - We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $200+.

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $200.

Q - When will my The Beoty order ship?
A - We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We know, we’re as fast as lightning!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Q - Where will my The Beoty order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
A - All The Beoty orders are shipped out of the US. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

Q - Do you charge domestic sales tax?
A - Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - Absolutely! We currently ship The Beoty orders from the U.S. to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.


Q - What duties and fees are involved when shipping to one of the international countries listed?
A - For Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK: Your package will arrive at your door with no additional duties and taxes aside from any taxes you incur at checkout.

India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore: Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws.

Please also note that The Beoty does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.

Q - Do you offer free shipping to international countries?
A - We currently offer free shipping to our Canadian friends for all orders $200 and over. To be eligible for free shipping you must ship within Canada and your total must be $200 after all discounts are added.

Q - You definitely ship to my country, but why are shipping options not showing?
A - It sounds like there may be too many items in your cart. Please see below the max shipping weight for your country:

8 LBS - Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

Once removing a few items from your cart, shipping options will re-populate.

Q - Where will my The Beoty order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
A - All The Beoty orders are shipped out of the US.

For all international countries, your package will arrive within approximately 5 - 17 business days. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to expedite shipping for international orders.

India packages, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

You will receive tracking information enclosed within your shipping confirmation email.


Q - How can I get in touch with your customer service team?
A - For customer service inquiries only, please E-mail help@thebeoty.com

Q - I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
A - We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

Q - Do you offer returns?
A - We will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

Q - I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
A - All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Beoty.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Q - Why do you no longer ship to Turkey?
A - Unfortunately, Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all beauty products, so we are now unable to ship our products to Turkey.

Q - I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
A - Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at help@thebeoty.com with your inquiry.

Q - Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A - No, but by setting up an account, you become a The Beoty VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Q - Do you ever do giveaways?
A - Yes, we run official giveaways on thebeoty.com, and on The Beoty social channels (@thebeoty).

Q - Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
A - No, once you place an order it is final.

Q - I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
A - To reset your password, go to http://thebeoty.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: http://thebeoty.com/account/login

Q - Do you offer discounts and promotion?
A - Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

Q - Can I use these products if I’m a male?
A - 1000% yes. Whatever the outer packaging may look like, the ingredients and the formulas inside are not gender-specific. Nor are they age or ethnicity-specific for that matter. Skin care works for everyone not because it’s specifically meant for American or Asian skin but because it’s meant for skin in general, which we all have!

Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
A - We at The Beoty work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at help@thebeoty.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

Q - Can I exchange a product?
A - We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

Q - An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
A - Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at help@thebeoty.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!

Q - An item is missing from my package! Where is it?
A - We're so sorry to hear of your concern. Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information -- please note that the subject will be identical and may be condensed into one email thread.

If after you've looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP.
